What a wonderful experience. From start to end excellent property and excellent staff. Staff has been well trained for hospitality and looking after the guests. I will specially like to thank Ms Hasnaa who was very helpful with all our requests at the check in. Ms Sara, Ms Hasaania and Mr Amine were very supportive and help us with excellent service and help. The hotel grounds are amazing with excellent facilities. Could give more than 5 stars to the staff. Thank you once again.

The Sofitel in Rabat was fab – such a great outdoor pool which was sadly only open till 6pm and my bedroom was wonderful (though you needed a degree to work out the lighting configuration and how to use the rainwater shower). Breakfast was ok – but you seemed to have to walk back and fore to get everything and there were no juices available when I was there (might have been because I was down for breakfast before 7am) . Reception staff were however lovely and it would have been great to stay there for an extra night.

excellent service salif was the best waiter at the golden fish restaurant . food was delicious my best part was dessert :) specially the chocolate choices .............. ...........................................................

Comfortable modern hotel with excellent restaurant

The Sofitel according to our tour company is the best in Rabat and it does have beautiful grounds, pool, entry and is located by a large park. Our favorite thing about this hotel was the outstanding dinner we had at the seafood restaurant. We had a table right by the window looking out over the grounds. We split a huge Moroccan salad and each had the sea bass for our mains. Everything was delicious. The re-imagined tiramisu comes in a chocolate box a with ice cream on the side. The hotel is modern and we had a nice stay, but there are some things that could use some updating or maintenance like our shower and the AC (we turned it to 15 just to get the room cooled to a normal temperature). We used the gym because of all the great food we’ve been having, but strangely there is no AC in there so the doors to the outside must be opened. Those two iissues were the reason for a four out of five. The breakfast was really good with lots of fruit and eggs made to order. We would definitely recommend the Sofitel.
